For effective communication between the devices and the KEYPROD Web platform, your Internet connection must meet certain requirements.
Your WiFi must have a visible SSID with a password, and certain network ports must be open.
To help you test the compatibility of your network, you can download our application for Mac or Windows, which will automatically detect open ports and any issues with them.
This status means that the device is unable to connect to the Wi-Fi network.
It's important to check the password syntax carefully and make sure it's entered correctly.
If necessary, you can click on the icon
to display the password in clear text before clicking on the "CONNECT" button.
The device is scanning the surrounding area for Wi-Fi signals. Please wait 30 seconds before asking to update the list.
This status indicates that the device is unable to connect to the Internet.
To solve this problem, please re-establish the Internet connection and check with another device (such as a phone, computer or tablet on the same Wi-Fi network) whether an Internet page is loading, for example.
When used for the first time and after automatic detection, the device must record the vibrations for at least 20 seconds to determine whether the machine to be monitored is running or stopped.
