What has KEYPROD contributed at the operational/process/human level?
The KEYPROD solution has had a direct impact on the real-time visualization of current and past production. KEYPROD also allows us to monitor the status of machines at night or on weekends, something that was simply impossible before.
What are the initial results observed?
Since installation, we have been able to accurately calculate downtime. We analyze these to implement a concrete action plan to reduce them. This is a strong action for improving our productivity. We are deploying a real digitalization strategy since our labeling with France Relance. We are committed to transforming our production into a 4.0 showcase.
What do you think of the KEYPROD experience (deployment/team, support)?
The support from the KEYPROD teams was key. But the support from our teams is even more important. It is essential to properly support everyone so that the tool intended for improvement is not perceived as a means of control. It is crucial to convey the message that a machine downtime is costly, penalizes our customers with exploding delivery times, which is not acceptable in our field of expertise: aerospace. Also, poorly managed cost control inevitably impacts the financial results of the company. Mastering and optimizing production is a way to ensure the company's longevity.
